I’m so glad you are here.

I work with women, providing trauma-informed Reiki and energy healing. I am also a trained Clinical Mental Health Counselor with 10 years of experience working with mental health, which allows me to better support you as you process and integrate what emerges during our work together.

Trauma and the challenges life throws at us can leave us feeling lost, alone, disconnected, or unable to connect fully with ourselves. My intention is to meet you where you are and co-create a supportive space that best supports you in this season of your life. We can assess together what that looks like: perhaps simply a safe space to rest and rejuvenate, or maybe learning to sit with deep emotions and practicing loving and caring for all the parts of you. Maybe you are embarking on a new phase (or the first step!) of a spiritual journey, or learning to trust your own intuition.

My hope is to support you in coming home to yourself. I believe your soul knows what is right for you- we all just need a little help sometimes remembering or learning to listen.

In my work I weave in counseling, somatic interventions, intuitive guidance, mindfulness, Reiki, Shamanic Reiki, sound healing, and healing through song.

I work exclusively with women at this time.
